Meet the Team!

Dayne Hall | Founder
Head Mechanic
Dayne has several years of experience at local bike shops and takes pride in repairing and outfitting each bicycle to meet the customer's needs. He grew up racing mountain bikes across the PNW and enjoys bike-packing on trails or simply exploring the city. When he's not in the Bespoke van, you might find him running, cooking a new recipe, or planning his next adventure.

Ripley Morris | Co-founder
Operations Manager
Ripley is currently wrapping up her Master of Social Work degree and brings experience in public safety and non-profit leadership to the team. She enjoys liaising with community partners to promote safe, accessible cycling for all ages while supporting smooth business operations. When she's not behind the scenes of Bespoke, Ripley is often at the local climbing gym or hiking around WA.
Our Story
We're the faces behind Bespoke Bikeworks: two Tacoma locals who appreciate bicycles in all their forms and functions!
So, how did we get here? While adventuring through the PNW in a camper van, we noticed many other communities thriving under the care of mobile bike repair operations. With us both at a crossroads of grad school, jobs, and travel plans, entrepreneurship was the logical next step (said no one, ever).
Merging our professional backgrounds in bicycle repair, non-profit outreach, public safety, and customer service, we set out to offer Tacoma and Pierce County something different.
When we're not building Bespoke, you can find us running local trails, planning our next trip, or visiting local restaurants.

Why Bespoke?
We’re mobile, which means no loading a broken bike into the trunk or carving out hours to drop it off. Instead, we meet you where you are!
Whether at home, the workplace, or anywhere in between, we cater to serious enthusiasts and casual commuters. Not every neighborhood in Pierce County has easy access to a bike shop, and mobility lets us bridge the gap and keep communities rolling.
Backed by our backgrounds in mechanical repair, community outreach, and safety, our goal isn’t just to fix bikes. Together, we make riding feel simple, accessible, and worth it.
