Here's what a typical event looks like:
You tell us what you need. We'll ask a few simple questions — expected number of bikes, preferred date and location, and what level of service makes sense for your group.
We handle the rest. Our Bespoke mechanic shows up with everything needed to run a smooth, professional event. Your staff rolls in, we tune them up, they roll out.
Your people leave happy. Basic tune-ups take 30-40 minutes per bike. We work efficiently so you can maximize the number of riders served in your event window. A discount is offered to your staff if they request an additional appointment for services beyond our basic tune-up.
We offer flexible service tiers depending on your needs and budget, from quick safety checks and adjustments to full tune-up packages. Pricing is based on event length, service level, and expected bike volume — reach out and we'll put together a quote that works for you.
