What areas do you serve?​
​We serve most of Pierce County! We provide mobile bike repair throughout Tacoma, University Place, Fircrest, Lakewood, Steilacoom, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Orting, Milton, and Sumner. More info can be found on our service area page here. If you are unsure if you are in our service area please ask. Chances are we will be able to come to you!
What kind of bikes do you service?
We service all types of bikes, including road bikes, mountain bikes, kids' bikes, e-bikes, and direct-to-consumer models.​ Cargo bikes and tandems are a challenge we are happy to take on. If you're not sure if we can service your bike, the best thing to do is give us a call.
What services do you offer on-site?
Our mobile services include tune-ups, brake adjustments, flat tire repair, drivetrain and chain repair, e-bike maintenance, and bike assembly.​ If there is any service that we cannot complete on-site due to unforeseen repair needs or specialty parts orders, we will do our very best to have your bike finished in under a week.
Do I need to bring my bike anywhere?
No, we come to your home, office, or other convenient location within our service area.​ We also offer pop-ups at various Tacoma locations. That schedule can be found here.
